  • Study of isomer output ratios and cross sections of reactions of type (γ,n) and (n,2n) on nuclei 110 ≤ A ≤ 144 (Mamayusupova Mukaddas, defended in 2011),
  • Features of the excitation of isomeric states in the reactions (γ, n), (γ, 2n), (γ, p) and (n, 2n) in the energy range l0-35 MeV (Egamova Feruza , ongoing);
  • Nuclear fusion processes in astrophysical compact objects (Akhmedov Saidmukhammad, ongoing)

  • Fabrication and study of nanostructured semiconductor materials and composites
  • Diluted magnetic semiconductors, such as GaMnAs, Si:Mn and ZnO doped by transition metals for spintronics applications.

More than 200 scientific papers and 146 of them have been published in the high ranking scientific journals indexed in the Scopus database.
