1. Introduction
The "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics" is committed to the principles of open access and the widest possible dissemination of scientific research results. This Copyright Notice outlines the conditions for publishing articles in the "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics," with a focus on preserving authors' rights and the Creative Commons license that governs the use of published works. Our goal is to protect the authors' rights while ensuring free access to their research, its distribution, and further development by the global academic community and the general public.

2. Copyright Ownership

  • Authors publishing their articles in the "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics" retain full copyright to their work.

  • The "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics" does not require authors to transfer their copyrights to the journal or its publisher, I-EDU GROUP LLC. Authors grant the "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics" a license for first publication.

3. Publication License and User Rights

  • All articles published in the "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics" are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license.

  • This license allows users, including readers and the general public, to:

    • Share: Copy and distribute the material in any medium or format.

    • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material.

  • Under the following conditions:

    • Attribution (BY): Users must give appropriate credit to the author(s) and the "Uzbek Journal of Modern Physics" as the original source of the publication (including the article title, author names, journal title, volume, issue, page numbers, year, and DOI).
