MENING ILMIY QIZIQISHLARIM

Menim ilmiy qiziqishlarim funksional oksidlarning transport xususiyatlarini, elektromagnit va optik xususiyatlarini, ayniqsa yumshoq va qattiq ferritlarni va suyultirilgan magnit yarim o'tkazgichlarni o'rganish bilan bog'liq. Ferromagnit/ferrimagnit tartiblanishining, spin burilishining, spin bog'lanish effektlarining, kation taqsimotining va o'lcham effektlarining nozik tomonlariga chuqur kirish mening tadqiqotlarimning asosiy yo'nalishi hisoblanadi.

Teoretik tahlildan tashqari, mening ishlarim turli xil yumshoq va qattiq ferrit materiallarini sintez qilish va magnit yarim o'tkazgichlarni toza va qo'shilgan shakllarda turli nanostrukturalarda turli shakl va o'lchamlarda ishlatish orqali amaliy dasturlarga yo'naltirilgan. Ingichka plyonkalar tushirish va magnit tunnel o'tishlari (MTJ) yaratish kabi usullardan foydalanib, men yuqori zichlikdagi ma'lumotlarni saqlash uchun ajoyib gigant magnitoqarshilik (GMR) va yuqori o'tish magnitoqarshilik (TMR) bilan yechimlar yaratishga intilaman. Ushbu innovatsiyalar kelajakdagi energiya mustaqil xotira (MRAM) va oqsil va molekulalarni aniqlash uchun mo'ljallangan biosensorlar uchun va'da qiladi.
