Annotatsiya

Bu ishda PEDOT:PSS va PTAA materiallarining kovak tashuvchi qatlam(KTQ) sifatida morfologik va strukturaviy xususiyatlari tahlil qilindi. Optik o‘lchovlar PTAA plyonkasi ko‘rinadigan yorug‘lik sohasida yuqori o‘tkazuvchanlikka ega ekanini ko‘rsatdi. Atom kuchlari mikroskopiyasi(AFM) va skanerlovchi elektron mikroskopiyasi(SEM) tasvirlari PTAA asosida hosil qilingan perovskit quyosh element(PQE)larida perovskit tarkibidagi donachalar hajmi kattaroq va zichroq bo‘lishini tasdiqladi. PTAA ishlatilgan PQElarida zaryadlar yaxshi ajraladi va energiya ko‘proq saqlanadi. Shuning uchun ham, bu material PEDOT:PSS ga qaraganda yaxshiroq va kelajakda PQElar uchun istiqbolli variant deb qaralmoqda.
