Ikki xil eritma yordamida tayyorlangan CsPbI3 PQE larning optik, morfologik va fotovoltaik xossalari
Annotatsiya
Perovskit quyosh elementlari (PQE) da faol qatlam sifatida ishlatiladigan noorganik CsPbI3 faol qatlamlarni qizdirish harorati va erituvchilarni o’zgartirish orqali tadqiq qilindi. DMF va MAAc erituvchilarda tayyorlanayotgan CsPbI3 asosidagi PQElarning optik, morfoligik va fotovoltaik xossalari tadqiq qilindi CsPbI3 faol qatlamlarini qizdirish haroratini 80 dan 120 ◦C gacha o’zgartirib turildi va optik xossalari bilan birgalikda fotovoltaik parametrlar nazorat qilindi. CsPbI3 perovskit faol qatlamini qizdirish uchun optimal temperatura aniqlandi va CsPbI3 ning qora fazasi hosil bo’ldi. Optimal temperaturada qizdirilganda DMF va MAAc eritmada tayyorlangan CsPbI3 asosidagi PQElarning energiya o’zgaratirish samaradorliklari (EO’S) mos ravishda 8,8% va 9,9% ni tashkil etdi.
